Backordered/Out of stock Items:

We do not backorder out of stock items. We will notify you when we confirm order payment if we are out of stock on an item before you proceed with the order. Out of stock items therefore need to be reordered when you place your next order with us.

Method of Payment:

Currently, we accept VISA, MASTER CARD.
At this time we do not offer credit terms.

Guarantee:

We Want You To Be Satisfied! We do our best to supply professional quality products; however, if you receive a defective product please notify our customer service department immediately. We will replace it or refund your money, it is your choice.

Returns Policy:

If you have ordered incorrectly (except printed leads) for any reason, you may return it to us in new condition and in its original packaging within 10 days of the received date for a refund or product exchange. Don't forget you must get in touch with us first for an authorization number or we will not accept it.   

The Buyer is responsible for return freight charges.
